    This is a McDonald's in-store employee competition award medal. Bronze appearance, 2.5 inches diameter. Excellent front condition, rear has some minor shelf wear from sitting in drawer. Small manufacturer's mark stamped on back says "Josten's". Want the provenance? Yes, I won this myself in the early 1970's for being an "All American Grillman". Lots of sweat and reconstituted onions. On me. Not the medal.
