Brand New / Never Used Personal Brass Branding Iron in original box with instructions.
Made by the Nova Tool Co. of Lincoln, Nebraska and made in 2009.
It reads 'Hand Crafted by William A. Payton'.  Most likely this was intended for something like wood products or possible leather.
It measures 13" long and removable/replaceable brass tip measures 2 1/2" x 1/2".
Nova is still in existence and you could probably replace the brass tip.
